This gorgeous home received a complete renewal!

Our client wanted to upgrade/update their downtown condo for a new fresh look….and the results are outstanding!

We gutted the kitchen and created the reimagined layout. A key element was the addition of a large linear island. This new configuration completely changed the look and the functionality of this space! The island has lots of storage options on both sides, including a convenient bar fridge. The countertop extends out to be an eating area which seats four. An attractive waterfall edge completes the look. The new cabinet wall houses an integrated fridge, a vertical pullout pantry, dishwasher drawers and plenty of storage.

All new finishes and materials were incorporated into this condominium renovation. Beautiful Brushed Oak Hazelmere hardwood flooring runs throughout the home, with gorgeous tiles in the bathrooms. The kitchen cabinetry is a dynamic combination of rift cut white oak and matte white painted upper cabinets and black stained rift cut oak lower cabinets, to create a stunning look! The polished quartz countertop and backsplash look so clean and refreshing. Contemporary matte black metal pulls add the perfect accent!      

The existing fireplace got an entirely new look including stylish floating built-in cabinetry on either side. The textured plaster fireplace facing works so well with the existing brick walls, the cabinetry, and the warm toned hardwood floor. Existing exposed concrete beams were refreshed and incorporated beautifully into the new design.

An under-utilized secondary bedroom has been transformed into a dressing room with a full wall of built-in closet space.
