The perfect complement to family’s active lifestyle.

Our homeowners wanted a more efficient home that was conducive to family-style entertaining. We achieved this by completely renewing the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. This home received a Finalist Nomination for the 2020 Georgie Housing Awards. The kitchen was reconfigured and expanded which gave space for a large island. The ceilings were all replaced and rewired for new lighting. The family love the new layout and especially the well-designed, convenient cabinetry. The cabinet wall and upper perimeter cabinets are thin Shaker-style white wood complementing the stained white Oak, rift-cut lower cabinets. Colourquartz countertops complete the look. The oversized island features a waterfall edge.

The new family-room is amazing and the family’s favourite hangout. The new fireplace features a modern, passive-vent fireplace with a concrete surround. Built-in cabinets fit into the corner perfectly! Above, decorative floating shelves with black metal brackets complete the look!

French doors off the family room were replaced with an expanded wall of folding glass doors. This greatly improved the indoor-outdoor living experience with easy access to backyard and hot tub.
