Contemporary Warmth

This modern contemporary designed home proved to be quite challenging to build because of the 33- foot wide lot and no back lane. But the results speak for themselves and we’re very proud of this home build.

The exterior cladding is wood-look aluminum siding and stucco, with a stain grade horizontal fir wood door. Large modern-styled windows bring in plenty of natural light and look stunning! The garage door anchors the look.

This home has a kitchen greatroom layout and feels bright and spacious.  The open concept kitchen is so inviting and the traffic flow throughout the home is easy and casual. Contemporary white flat panel cabinets reach to the ceiling with attractive backlit upper cabinets. There’s a large linear island that easily seats 3 for a quick lunch or breakfast. There’s plenty of appropriate storage and abundant countertop for multiple workstations. Well-placed potlights give general lighting, undercabinet lighting offer good task lighting and the glass bulb pendants over the island give the dazzle.
